…seems like just yesterday he was a newborn waking me up every other hour in the middle of the night. :)
Though it seems during the summer I primarily photograph senior portraits and weddings, I’m always oh-so-thrilled to to photograph families, newborns, and two-year olds–all three of which I had the pleasure of doing during this session last week:

If we stumble upon an old car during your photography session you can be 99.5% confident that I’m going to find a way to work it into a shot or two. :) This one is from a recent family photo session in Longmont:
Shanti’s mom contacted me earlier this year to set up a family photo session. Recognizing that her daughter is quickly growing up, she wanted to capture photographs of Shanti still as her little girl. We shot the session at the beginning of February and lucked out with a beautiful sunny day. I love this triptych arrangement they ordered to display in their home:
This afternoon while I was placing a couple of my clients’ print orders I decided it was time for me to get some of my own printed out. Colin will now have his very own wall of glory featuring his crazy smiles and shaggy hair. :)

“This morning I was flossing my teeth. Colin was watching and asked if he could floss his teeth too, so I gave him a piece. Then he ate it. Should’ve known he was really looking for a morning snack.”
