Rachel is about to graduate from CU with a degree in Art History. In discussing options for session location, etc. we decided it’d be fun to try and recreate a work of art. Rachel found this Monet:

A couple of days ago I was talking with a friend about how QUICKLY this summer has flown by. The past couple of months have been so busy and crazy that the whole thing is a bit of a blur. I keep thinking that last week was April!! Unfortunately for me it’s already AUGUST, which means senior portrait season is quickly wrapping up…. :(

Rain was coming down by the buckets on the afternoon of Jenna’s senior portrait session. Thankfully it stopped an hour before we shot the session, and the skies were BEAUTIFUL.
We came across some of the best light I’ve seen in a loooong time. And to think it had been dark and stormy two hours prior…
