In 2010 I shot Sara’s younger sister’s high school senior portraits, so it was only fair that Sara get her own senior portraits taken when she graduated from Columbia University this Spring. :) Congrats on your graduation Sara!

Remember four days ago, when it was warm and sunny?…when it wasn’t snowing and snowing and snowing? Yeah–this photo is from then. :)

Amy is a dear friend I’ve known for almost twenty years. In high school she did my hair for nearly every prom and homecoming (and later, my wedding!). When I was 15 she introduced me to the straightener, and taught me how to straighten my hair. For that, I will forever be grateful. :) Now we’re “grown up,” and Amy lives on the other side of the country. She’s welcoming a little girl in June, and I was so happy to spend some time with her capturing the bump during her short weekend visit to Colorado. Congrats Amy! Can’t wait to meet her!
