I’ve let most of 2016 slip by without blogging much at all, but I just couldn’t let this year come to a close without sharing some images from Sam and Chris’ autumn engagement session in Estes Park. I’ve actually photographed these two before, as guests at Mackenzie & Ryan’s Lyons wedding in 2013. Chris is Mackenzie’s brother who I remember as the superstar helper after some seriously strong winds took down some of the ceremony decor. Sam was one of the bridemaids, always cheerful and smiley. So I was thrilled when I found out Sam and Chris are getting married in 2017 and that I would get another chance to photograph them. We headed up to Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park for their engagement photo session, and I don’t think I could have possibly enjoyed it any more. Here are just a few of my favorites:
